I make a lot of work in sketchbooks. I approach it as an intimate way to draw. To me, my sketchbooks are not just a means of experimentation with new techniques, making studies or working out concepts, it is also a place where smaller artworks, complete in their own right, are created. This is why I decided to add a page to my website with some of the artwork from my sketchbooks.
